Student Organizations & Involvement

20160901_203419OCL works closely with registered student organizations (RSOs), student government, & student businesses, and walks students through the process of starting new RSOs. OCL also helps students explore their leadership and identity development through trainings, workshops and programs.

OCL also oversees & advises the Yearbook, Intramurals, Williams Transport, and Student Host/Server Certification.

  • The Intramural Sports (IM) program is designed to build community at Williams while giving students the opportunity to participate in athletics outside of the competitive world of varsity sports.  Intramurals are not intercollegiate, and are open to all Williams students and faculty.

    Intramurals are run through Participants are able to create and customize teams, view schedules, scores and standings, and track playoffs. ALL students who play on an intramural team are required to register at in order to join the team and view team information.

    There are three IM seasons: fall, typically lasting from mid-September to early November; winter, which takes place during winter study; and spring, from late March to early May.  The number of games varies by season and sport, but there are usually no more than two games per week.  Students are welcome to sign up as a team, or as an individual, and can do so by following the links to the entry forms for each sport listed below.

  • The Gulielmensian is the official Williams College yearbook.  This 40 page soft cover book contains senior photos and memorable moments from the class of 2022. It is a special keepsake that is intended specifically for the class of 2022.

    Yearbooks will be shipped late summer 2022.

    Parent Ads 2022 – If you are interested in purchasing a parent ad for the 2022 Yearbook please visit the following link. After arriving at the link you will need to create an account to access the page. After you have created an account you will be able to look at the different options and pricing for ads.

  • Student Transportation Log

    Any transportation taking place as part of a RSO must be logged using the Student Organization Transportation Log. Failure to do so will result in the removal of funding for the travel and rescission of the organization’s ability to utilize College transportation resources.
