Student Organizations & Involvement

OCL works closely with registered student organizations (RSOs), student government, & student businesses, and walks students through the process of starting new RSOs. OCL also helps students explore their leadership and identity development through trainings, workshops and programs.

OCL also oversees & advises the Yearbook, Intramurals, Williams Transport, and Student Host/Server Certification.

• Intramurals

  The Intramural Sports (IM) program at Williams is designed to build community, learning, and wellness at Williams while giving students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in athletics outside of the competitive world of varsity and club sports.

• Yearbook

  The Gulielmensian is the official Williams College yearbook.  This 40 page soft cover book contains senior photos and memorable moments from the class of 2023. It is a special keepsake that is intended specifically for the class of 2023.

  Yearbooks will be shipped late summer 2023.

  Parent Ads 2023 – If you are interested in purchasing a parent ad for the 2023 Yearbook please visit the following link. After arriving at the link you will need to create an account to access the page. After you have created an account you will be able to look at the different options and pricing for ads.

• Transportation

  Student Transportation Log

  Any transportation taking place as part of a RSO must be logged using the Student Organization Transportation Log. Failure to do so will result in the removal of funding for the travel and rescission of the organization’s ability to utilize College transportation resources.

  College Vehicles

  The college’s fleet of vehicles is managed by Facilities. Visit their page about College Vehicles.

  School Bus and/or Motorcoach Bus

  Please contact the Programming Coordinator to request a school bus or motorcoach bus, or to inquire about approximate costs.
