The application process for the Class of 2022 will take place from Wednesday, March 24, 2021, through Sunday, March 28, 2021, via the Williams Housing Portal (look under the “Next Academic Year” tab).
Williams offers Co-Ops (six small houses and one apartment complex) for seniors who are looking for a slightly more independent living situation while still residing in campus-owned housing. Click below for information on each of the buildings.
Chadbourne is a Co-op; Co-ops are small residences where seniors live in small groups, providing students with a more independent living experience; however the houses are close enough to campus to provide connections to the rest of the community.

Poker Flats is a Co-op, comprised of six apartments housing six students each. Susan Hopkins (better known as Susie Hopkins) is a Co-op. Co-ops are small residences where seniors live in small groups, providing students with a more independent living experience; however the houses are close enough to campus to provide connections to the rest of the community.
