Williams offers Co-Ops (six small houses and one apartment complex) for seniors who are looking for a slightly more independent living situation while still residing in campus-owned housing. Click below for information on each of the buildings.

Lambert is a Co-op; Co-ops are small residences where seniors live in small groups, providing students with a more independent living experience; however the houses are close enough to campus to provide connections to the rest of the community.
Please Note: Lambert House will not be available for housing during the 2024/2025 year.

Parsons will be used as a temporary Co-op for 2024/2025 while Lambert House is receiving repairs; Co-ops are small residences where seniors live in small groups, providing students with a more independent living experience; however the houses are close enough to campus to provide connections to the rest of the community.
Please note: the furniture in Parsons remains doubled for future use, but the rooms will only have one occupant per room for 2024/2025.
