Several celebratory events are held for the Senior Class during the academic year, as well as during the days just prior to Commencement (commonly known as “Senior Week”). The planning for these programs is a joint effort of the Senior Class Officers and staff from the Office of Campus Life, Dean’s Office and College Relations, with additional logistical support from many campus offices including Campus Safety, Dining Services, Facilities, and others.

  • Senior Week 2024 will be Tuesday, May 28, 2023 through Friday, May 31, 2024.

    2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Ice Cream Social – Mears House Lawn
    3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Senior Week Wristbanding – Paresky Center 2nd Floor
    7:00 p.m. – Midnight – Senior Trivia at the Log – The Log – Nighttime

    6:00 a.m. – Seniorize Sunrise Hike – Meet at Paresky Center
    11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Senior Week Wristbanding – Paresky Center 2nd Floor
    2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. – Class Photo – Paresky Center Porch – Early Afternoon
    6:00 p.m. – Midnight – Mt. Hope Dinner Dance – Mt. Hope

  • As we approach Senior Week, we have the opportunity for students to invite a Faculty or Staff Guest to attend the cocktail hour reception at the Senior Dinner Dance at Mt. Hope from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024.

    This is a great way to show your appreciation for the impact that they have had on your time at Williams.

    You can submit the name of one college employee (faculty or staff member) that you would like to have attend this event.

    This from must be completed no later than Monday, May 8, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.As a reminder the attendee will only be invited for the reception hour and must depart following that portion of the program.
