Co-Op Housing for Seniors

Williams offers Co-Ops (five small houses and one apartment complex) for seniors who are looking for a slightly more independent living situation while still residing in campus-owned housing. Click below for information on each of the buildings.

  • Chadbourne Chadbourne is a Co-op; Co-ops are small residences where seniors live in small groups, providing students with a more independent living experience; however the houses are close enough to campus to provide connections to the rest of the community.
